Best for athletes who want a few clean action shots from the game.
Includes 5 professionally edited digital photos delivered through an online gallery.
Standard
$25
Best for athletes who want a stronger variety of photos from one game.
Includes 10 professionally edited digital photos delivered through an online gallery. This package gives you a better mix of action shots, sideline moments, and celebration photos.
Premium
$40
Best for athletes who want the full game-day photo experience.
Includes 15 professionally edited digital photos + 3-5 stylized edits delivered through an online gallery. This package gives the most variety and includes stylized edits.
FAQ
How do I book a session or service?
You can book by filling out the contact form and stating the package you’re interested in. Once your inquiry is received, I’ll follow up to confirm details, availability, and next steps.
Do you accept refunds?
If a game is canceled due to weather or schedule changes, something prevents me from shooting (camera failure, inclement weather, or unforeseen incidents), sessions may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, or do not get any playtime. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo” or any related reason.
How will I receive my photos?
Photos are delivered through a private online gallery where you can download your final images.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Most galleries are delivered within 1–2 weeks depending on selected package.
What happens if my athlete does not play much?
I will still do my best to capture them, but the number and variety of photos may depend on playing time and visibility. A refund will not be issued if a player does not get much playtime.
Can I share my photos on social media or online?
Yes. All clients receive personal usage rights for sharing images on social media and personal platforms. Commercial or promotional use can be discussed if needed. Feel free to tag my instagram "@shotby.wake"

Policies
Payment: Payment is due before or on game day to reserve coverage. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Refunds: Refunds are not available after the game has been photographed. If a game is canceled before coverage begins, the booking may be rescheduled for another available game date.
Weather & Rescheduling: If a game is canceled, postponed, delayed, or moved, please notify me as soon as possible. Rescheduled coverage depends on availability.
Delivery: Final galleries are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks after the game.
Player Coverage: Final photo variety depends on playing time, visibility, field access, lighting, weather, and game conditions. I will always do my best to capture the strongest moments possible.
Gallery Access: Galleries remain available for 60 days after delivery. Please download and save your photos before the gallery expires.
Photo Files: RAW and unedited photos are not included. All final images are selected and edited by ShotbyWake Sports Photography.
Usage: Delivered photos may be downloaded, posted, and shared for personal use. Please do not resell or heavily alter the images.
